
Hello Hi And Wat up Guys.
I thought I would Put some recipes on My Blog.
Sooo I'm Going To start with something Easy.
Pancakes!
You will need:
2 cups of plain ( all-purpose) Flour, sifted
3 teaspoons baking powder, sifted
1/2 cup caster ( superfine) sugar
1 egg
1 (1/4) cups milk
3/4 cup buttermilk ( If You do not Have Buttermilk, use milk with a dash of white vinegar.)
75g butter, melted
Method:
1. Place the flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
2. Place the egg, milk, buttermilk and butter in a separate bowl and whisk untill combined (no lumps)
3. Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture & whisk untill smooth
4. Heat a non-stick Frying pan over medium-low heat.
5. Pour 1/3 cup of the mixture at a time into the pan and cook untill Bubbles appear on the surface.
6. Turn the pancake and cook For 1 minute or untill Golden.
7. Keep the pancakes warm while cooking with the remaining mixture.
serve in small stacks with Maple syrup, lemon and sugar, Butter or Fresh Fruit. Makes 15.
Tips ( That you don't really need to do)
Add fresh or frozen Berries or even chocolate chips to make Smiley Faces before flipping the pancakes over.
Create Different shapes with the Batter.
Use Powdered sugar to create your own snow globe, or use whipped cream to add Hair or a beard On your face.
